The rooms maintained a nothing noisy. I found the beds comfortable. The lobby featured exquisite design elements. I also appreciated the friendly staff.
The bathtub experienced minor flooding issues during showers.

I experienced the front desk employees to be fast and efficient. The staff demonstrated a pleasant, helpful attitude. The security guard named Steve provided excellent customer service. I valued his kindness.

amazing views and great location!
amazing view free upgrade spacious room great location
my room on the tenth floor faced east and i saw navy pier, shedd aquarium, field museum, and more! it was AMAZING!!! i was in town for a concert and got a free upgrade to a three-bedroom room. it was spacious, with high ceilings, large windows, and lots of natural light. i really appreciated it! i was able to relax before the show. the location is great because i was within walking distance of many attractions.
the doors leading into the rooms have panels that feel easily pushable.
